Premier fabricates and erects the structural and plate-work backbone of industrial facilities: structural steel including platforms, handrails, walkways and gratings; ducts, stacks, flues, bins and hoppers; tanks and low-pressure vessels; and pipes with their fittings and supports.
Conveyor structures and gantries, walkways, large trusses and shutters are fabricated and installed to requirement, along with conveyor laying. Substation work including complete assembling, erection, fabrication, rigging, earthing, excavation and backfilling is executed as an integrated scope.
Fabrication is supported by plate bending machines up to 4000 mm width and 20 mm thickness, hydraulic pipe benders to 50 mm NB, pug cutting machines, pedestal and magnetic drills, and welding plant rated at 400 A and 600 A. IBR-certified welders and millwright fitters are part of the documented workforce.
