Premier Plant Services & Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is an Indian engineering and contracting company established in 1985 at Chandrapur, Maharashtra. It works as O&M, EPC Contractors, Fabricators, Erectors, Consultants, & Turnkey Plant Suppliers — a single organisation able to engineer a scope, fabricate it, erect it, commission it and then keep it running.
What we are

A contracting company with its own engineering bench

Premier holds mechanical, electrical, civil and control & instrumentation engineers in-house, alongside drafting, field supervision and a skilled trades workforce. That combination is what allows the company to take a scope as a contract rather than as a supply of labour — and to remain accountable for the result.

The company's work is concentrated in power generation and heavy process industry, where plant availability is the measure that matters. Premier operates and maintains complete boiler-turbine-generator and balance-of-plant systems, coal and ash handling plants and switchyard electrical equipment, and commissions new units through to handover.

Alongside operations, Premier fabricates and erects. Structural steelwork, pressure parts, IBR and non-IBR piping, large storage tanks, pressure vessels and conveyor structures are fabricated and installed by Premier's own crews using Premier's own plant and machinery — including plate bending machines, welding plant, hydraulic jacks and winches held directly rather than hired per job.

A specialist technical arm supports both: an instrument laboratory for electrical and C&I testing and calibration, condition monitoring, thermography, partial discharge testing and cable fault location, with associate agencies on call for radiography, stress relieving and surface preparation.
