Premier takes single-point responsibility for engineering, procurement and construction across power and industrial facilities, as well as design/build and turnkey plant supply scopes.
Beyond execution, Premier provides project management consultancy — construction management, estimating and resource allocation, quality management, and commissioning, testing and handover. Technical due diligence is offered to clients assessing existing assets.
Delivery is supported by Premier's own fabrication and erection capability, so structural, piping, tankage and equipment installation work is executed directly rather than subcontracted end to end.
