Premier maintains electrical systems across the full extent of a plant — main plant, balance of plant, offsite areas and switchyard — including annual maintenance of SCADA and PLCC systems.
Control and instrumentation is a documented strength, covering DCS platforms including Max DNA and Yokogawa, gas turbine Mark VI control, burner management systems including Honeywell Safety Manager and Yokogawa, and machine monitoring systems. Field-mounted control systems span GE Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, Siemens, Ingersoll Rand and Woodward PLCs.
The company operates an instrument laboratory with calibrated test equipment spanning pressure, temperature, resistance and loop calibration, and deploys C&I engineers and technicians as part of its site organisations rather than as a remote support function.
